Despite the central location, the apartment sits on a cul-de-sac with minimal traffic, offering a calm, safe, relaxing atmosphere. On-site parking and lighting at night add extra peace of mind. It’s an ideal base for beach days, dining and nightlife, or unwinding by the pool and palapa between adventures.

The space

Libelula features a smart layout: a primary bedroom (~12 m²) with its own ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom (~10 m²), and an open-concept living room and kitchen sharing 16 m². Outside, enjoy a 4 × 8 m pool and a 3 × 4 m palapa for shade.
